For Peak Performance, "Dissect the Bull"!
A famed Chinese fable that goes directly to the heart of the Chef's Way. No matter what skill set we use and use to its fullest potential, we are starting with what's naturally within us as human beings. Leadershipis not something that is only a word banged about by those in business or government, but like freedom and happiness I believe it is bestowed upon us from our creator, whatever His name. It is natural, it can be learned. But like all learning you need to put the time and effort into it, to be able to get something out of it. Learn to let go, keep it simple, and stay detached.
