Ten Reasons winners keep winning

A great article from the Harvard Business Review Blog.  Accomplished business leader and author Rosabeth Moss Kanter, today highlighted the 10 reasons winners keep winning.  this article is validation to what I am trying to achieve: Spreading the word about self leadership and how we are responsible for our personal success.  As I have stated within the pages of Chef'stees.com, skill can get you into a network, but it is the consistency of performance and ability to progress on all levels to stay there.
