Hoping they can grow enough grapes and produce enough wine to fill the new storage facility, The Sea!

Tackling two key initiatives, a better product and lack of storage space. Better might not be the best word, different may be more appropriate, but like anything else, don't knock it 'till you try it. Also with a lower alcohol content, you may be able to drink more!

Innovation, creativity great tools to have in your box when you need to solve a problem. Starting in France and Spain, California looks like they will jump on and experiment as well. There once was a time where the market place in the US would drive such innovation. Maybe we'll lead from behind on this one.
