Undo the Bad Habits

I highly recommend perusing the HBR.org Blog from time to time as they consistently further back up a philosophy/ culture of self leadership by which I try to promote at work and at home with my kids.  I am attaching a link to another great article which should hit home with most of you as we are products of the governments educational system.  Though we are not brought through our formative years with the concept of self leadership, that does not mean that it can not be learned as,  "leadership is a quality, not a job," says John Coleman.  He speaks as I have written on my site-(
