Work Summary:



Born in Peabody Massachusetts, my exposure and experience within different categories of the hospitality business such as managing a Papa Gino’s, cooking in an upscale or fine dining restaurant, working for a three star Michelin Chef during the onset of gastro pubs in the UK, leading a team of chefs cooking for top executives and heads of state, has equipped me for a multitude of roles. The passion that drives me to create as a chef also drives me to challenge myself daily with successful results. That passion has led me to embody each establishment where I have worked. Together my wife Yris, and our three beautiful daughters, inspire me to be a positive influence and inspiration as my parents and chefs have been for me.
